2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use hhbd5 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria. hhbd5 strictly prohibits access to anyone who does not satisfy these requirements.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. hhbd5 is strictly for adults aged 21 and above only.
• You must be a resident of or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is permitted.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, affiliate, or family member of any hhbd5 employee.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

hhbd5 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by underage individuals will be immediately closed and any winnings forfeited.

3. Account Registration & Verification

Each user may hold only one account on hhbd5. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information.

• Provide a valid name, date of birth, and contact details. Any false information will lead to account termination.
• Account verification (KYC) may be required at any time, including before first withdrawal. Accepted documents include a National ID, passport, or driver's license.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone.
• hhbd5 is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to failure to protect login credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

hhbd5 supports multiple payment methods tailored for Bangladesh players. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and must be conducted through your registered hhbd5 account only.

Deposits

Deposits are credited to your hhbd5 account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment gateway. Minimum deposit amounts may apply depending on the payment method selected.

• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.
• hhbd5 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits made in error or from a third-party account may be reversed. All funds deposited must originate from accounts in the player's own name.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within one to three business days, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. hhbd5 reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending any identity check or security review.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.
• A minimum withdrawal amount of ৳500 applies. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Any bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal request can be approved.

6. Betting Rules & Conduct

All bets placed on hhbd5 are subject to the following rules. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable betting terms for that event or game type.

• All bets are final once confirmed. hhbd5 does not allow cancellation of a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• In the event of a match, tournament, or live event being cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, hhbd5 will settle bets according to our official cricket and sports betting rules, which are published on the relevant sports page.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per account. These limits may vary based on the sport, market, and account tier.
• Any form of match-fixing, insider information use, arbitrage, or coordinated betting activity designed to exploit platform pricing is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
